Currently, Webwhiz allows me to manage CMS items one by one, which is time-consuming when handling large collections. A bulk management feature would be extremely helpful. Requested Features: Ability to select multiple CMS items and apply bulk actions (publish, unpublish, archive and delete). Bulk editing support for specific fields (e.g., updating categories or tags across many items). Inline bulk status indicators (showing which items are published, scheduled, or archived). Option to export and import CMS items in CSV/Excel format for quicker batch updates. Why this matters: For projects with hundreds of CMS items (like blogs, portfolios, or product catalogs), managing them one at a time becomes inefficient. Bulk management would save significant time and improve workflow efficiency.

Currently, all CMS updates must be made manually in real-time. Adding the ability to schedule items for future publishing would allow: Setting a publish date and time per item Automatically updating the item status when the schedule triggers Supporting multiple items to be scheduled at once This ensures smoother content workflows and avoids the need for constant manual intervention.

Users often create CMS collections with similar field structures across projects. A field template system would allow: Saving commonly used CMS field sets as templates, Applying templates to new collections for consistency Reducing repetitive setup tasks. This improves efficiency for users managing multiple projects with similar content structures.
